Jump Squat: how to do it
A squat to at least parallel that ends in a jump, hips and knees fully extended in the air, landing soft straight into the next squat.
NO EQUIPMENTStep by step

01 Squat to at least parallel, chest up, arms swung back.
Avoid: knees caving in on the landing: they twist on every rep.

02 Jump high, arms up, legs straight; land toes first, then sink.
Avoid: landing on straight legs: the knees and back take the shock.
In short

- Jump as high as you can, arms swing up, legs straight in the air
