Plank Shoulder Tap: how to do it
In a high plank on straight arms, touch the opposite shoulder with one hand, then the other, alternating sides without the hips moving.
NO EQUIPMENTStep by step

01 Hands under the shoulders, feet wide, body straight, glutes and abs tight.
Avoid: hips piked up to make it easier: the abs switch off.

02 Tap the opposite shoulder, hand back down, switch, hips still.
Avoid: hips swaying with each tap: the core no longer resists rotation.
In short
- Hands under the shoulders, feet wide, body straight
- Tap the opposite shoulder, hand back down, switch
