Jumping Lunge: how to do it
From a lunge, jump and switch legs in the air to land in the opposite lunge, the back knee coming close to the floor on every rep.
NO EQUIPMENTStep by step

01 Lunge on a non-slip floor, torso upright, back knee just off the floor.
Avoid: the back knee crashing into the floor when tired: the kneecap pays.

02 Jump straight up, switch legs in the air, land soft and sink.
Avoid: landing stiff: the knees take the shock.
In short
- Start in a lunge, torso upright, on a non-slip floor
- Jump straight up and switch the legs
- Land soft, sink until the back knee is just off the floor
