Pike Push-Up: how to do it
Hips high in an upside-down V, lower slowly until the top of the head lightly touches the floor in front of the hands, then press back to straight arms.
NO EQUIPMENTStep by step

01 Hands shoulder-width, walk the feet in, hips high in an upside-down V.
Avoid: hips dropping: it turns into a push-up and stops pressing overhead.

02 Lower slowly, head lands lightly in front of the hands, then press up.
Avoid: dropping fast when the arms tire: the head hits, the neck takes it.
In short
- Hands shoulder-width, walk the feet in, hips high
- Lower slowly, the head lands lightly in front of the hands: a triangle
- Press back up to straight arms
